Manchester United are ready to burst into the life in the final week of the transfer window and could now throw their weight around in the race to sign Southampton’s Tyler Dibling.
Dibling is a wanted man this month after some impressive performances and United are among the clubs keeping track.
Tottenham are believed to be talking to Dibling’s camp about a potential £55m move but as yet, there is no sign of a deal being done. Indeed, RB Leipzig are also desperate to sign Dibling, which throws a spanner in the works for Spurs.
And now, despite Tottenham’s interest, it appears Man United are also ready to make their move for Dibling.

Man United to step up Tyler Dibling bid despite Tottenham talks
According to a report from CaughtOffside, United are very much liking the idea of signing Tyler Dibling and could now be set to step up their efforts before deadline day.
It’s claimed that Dibling features high up on United’s wishlist and that they could now be ready to increase their efforts to get a deal done.
Southampton are all but relegated from the Premier League and face a tough call on whether to cash in on Dibling now, or try and keep him for next season.
United, meanwhile, are looking for a number of new signings.
Who else Man United could sign alongside Tyler Dibling
With Ruben Amorim desperate for new faces, it looks like United are willing to back their new manager now to try and turn things around.
United are trying to land Patrick Dorgu to fill the left-back void, while Christopher Nkunku is being considered in a swap deal with Alejandro Garnacho.
Furthermore, United also like the idea of signing Ayden Heaven from Arsenal.
With a week until the window shuts, it seems like Old Trafford could well be a busy place.
