Fabio Paratici remains a strong influence at Tottenham Hotspur despite being disqualified from working in his role by a FIFA ruling.
Paratici’s involvement in the financial mismanagement at Juventus saw him banned from working in football back in March 2023.
The 52-year-old was subsequently removed from his role as sporting director at Tottenham and he has since been replaced by Johan Lange.
The Italian managing director did an incredible job in North London signing players like Cristian Romero, Destiny Udogie, Dejan Kulusevski, Rodrigo Bentancur and Pedro Porro.
He was much appreciated by Spurs supporters for the work he did rebuilding the team in N17 and the Lilywhites are still influenced by him.

Paratici remains an active voice that Tottenham listen to for transfer advice despite him having been removed from his role at the club, according to InterLive.
The Italian played a role in Spurs’ summer transfer business as they signed young talents such as Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, Wilson Odobert and Yang Min-hyeok.
He is now advising the club to move for Lille striker Jonathan David whose contract with the French club has less than 12 months remaining.
Tornio midfielder Samuele Ricci is another player Paratici is keen for Spurs to sign with the 23-year-old having just made his debut for the Italian national team.

Dejan Kulusevski has been superb since switching to a midfield role and he is now one of Tottenham’s most influential players. Pedro Porro has also proven to be a top signing with Real Madrid keen to sign him and bring him back to Spain.
