According to a journalist, a highly-rated player at Euro 2024 would join Arsenal this summer if an offer arrived.
Arsenal have had a slow start to the transfer window but now deals are really starting to take shape as they close in on the signing of Riccardo Calafiori.
After that deal is completed, they could move for a goalkeeper as back-up to David Raya and a journalist has now suggested a shot-stopper at Euro 2024 would join the club instantly if they came in for him.

Justin Bijlow would join Arsenal if offer arrived
According to De Telegraaf journalist Valentijn Driessen, via Fr-Fans.Nl, Feyenoord goalkeeper Justin Bijlow would leave for Arsenal if they formalised their interest with an offer.
“Bijlow was of interest to Manchester United and Arsenal, but everywhere as second keeper,” Driessen said.
“He is used to that by now, he is even third keeper here (at the European Championships). So I think he can adapt to the role.”
The Dutch journalist continued: “Certainly if he can go to such a big club, where you have so many matches that you always have to play a number of matches.
“I think that if those big clubs come forward for him, he is gone.”
Arsenal also looking at Dan Bentley
As well as their interest in Bijliow, who has been labelled as ‘brilliant’ by Cecilia Lagos, Arsenal are also considering a move to sign Wolves number two Dan Bentley.
TBR reported on Monday that Wolves would be willing to sell Bentley if they received an acceptable fee from The Gunners.
That said, at this stage, a move for the Premier League shot-stopper looks more likely as he’d require less funds to be outlaid plus adding to the homegrown quota.
A telling few weeks lie ahead.
