Arsenal are likely to be busy in the summer transfer window as they look to bolster their attacking ranks.
The Gunners failed to bring in a new centre-forward this season which, combined with a number of injuries in attack, risks derailing their campaign.
Fans and pundits alike had been calling for Arsenal to sign a new striker since last summer.
For instance, Ian Wright said a new centre-forward would have stopped Arsenal fans from worrying about their goals quite as much this season.
Now, a report has emerged claiming the Gunners could potentially sign a long-time attacking target for just £33million this summer.

Arsenal target Dusan Vlahovic could be up for sale for just £33million
The target in question is Dusan Vlahovic, who the Gunners have admired for years.
TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey said Vlahovic was the subject of an enquiry from Arsenal in the January window.
Now, according to Calciomercato, Juventus could look to sell the Serbia international in the summer transfer window.
Juve signed Randal Kolo Muani in January, who has hit the ground running in Turin, meaning Vlahovic has been forced to watch from the bench.
The Italian outlet claims Juve could now sell for a fee of around £33million in order to get his sizeable salary – said to be £214,000-a-week – off the wage bill.
What Dusan Vlahovic could bring to Arsenal
Vlahovic has made a name as one of the most dangerous strikers in the world ever since he exploded onto the scene at Fiorentina.
The 25-year-old registered 49 goals and eight assists from 108 Viola appearances, earning himself a £66million move to Juventus in 2022.
Vlahovic has gone on to register 54 goals and 11 assists from 111 Juve outings, along with 13 goals and seven assists from 32 Serbia appearances.
If Arsenal manage to land him, they’d be getting a player who scouting outlet The Mastermind Site have compared to Jamie Vardy.
‘He often draws comparisons to the great Erling Haaland, but in truth, he’s much more similar to a Jamie Vardy,’ they wrote.
‘He’s an instant outlet, a frequent target, and someone who can chase down anything loose in the wide channels.
‘His hold up play is certainly more akin to a Patrik Schick than Vardy, but the sheer amount he gets involved in build-up play and phases of possession is incredibly low like the Leicester man.
‘His off-the-ball work in occupying defenders and stretching the defence back is still important, but it’s an important discretion in all of the debate.’
Former Hellas Verona manager Igor Tudor previously said of Vlahovic, as per Football Italia: “If I had to mark him I would grab my thigh and say I can’t do it!
“He is one of the best in the world, he has everything. It’s everything between the two ears, the hunger, that makes the difference.”
