Manchester United have had some fine players over the years but few have possessed the natural talent of French midfielder Paul Pogba.

Pogba has had a hugely successful career in the main, winning a World Cup with France and becoming one of the top midfielders in Europe.

However, his career has spiralled into disaster in recent seasons and he is now set to leave Juventus in November, after the Turin club agreed to terminate his deal early.

But all is not lost for Pogba it seems and according to TBR Football sources, Pogba could yet wind up back in the English game.

Paul Pogba open to Premier League return as agents plot next move

TBR Football understands that former Manchester United star Paul Pogba has not ruled out of the prospect of returning to England in 2025 and his representatives have reached out to a number of clubs.

Juventus have confirmed that their contract with Pogba, which was due to run until 2026, will finish at the end of November – after the two parties agreed to a mutual termination.

Pogba has not played for Juventus since April, after which point he tested positive for a banned substance and was banned for four-years.

Following an appeal, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) reduced the punishment to 18-months meaning he can resume his career in March next year but it won’t be with Juve.

It has been widely expected that Pogba will move to the Saudi Pro League – but he is exploring his options elsewhere and TBR Football is told that his camp have looked to make contact and make his potential availability known.

Clubs could gamble on Pogba

While Paul Pogba might not get a move back to a very top English team, there are clubs out there who might fancy getting him back to his best. Especially on a free.

The likes of West Ham, Bournemouth, and even a club like Aston Villa would be among those you’d suggest could be a new home for Pogba.

Pogba has been lauded by Martin Odegaard in the past and while there could be interest in Pogba from Saudi Arabia, he may fancy proving himself in England again.

Certainly, this is one to keep an eye on as the months progress and Pogba looks to sort his future.
