Leeds United have endured a really tricky summer transfer window having lost a number of key players.
Crysencio Summerville has left Leeds for West Ham United, Archie Gray departed for Tottenham Hotspur and Georginio Rutter is the latest star player to make a switch to the Premier League, joining Brighton and Hove Albion.
So, evidently, The Whites are in desperate need of arrival and with that said, Fabrizio Romano has just shared the latest update on a rumoured target.

Mandela Keita could still leave
TBR reported last week that Leeds United are interested in signing Royal Antwerp midfielder Mandela Keita.
Manchester United are also thought to have the £8m-rated 22-year-old on their radar and now Romano has shared the latest on his future.
The transfer specialist noted that Southampton have had a bid rejected, so evidently, it’ll be a really tall order for Leeds to beat Premier League clubs to his signature.
Perhaps they’d be better off bringing in a midfielder from the loan market…
Leeds should consider Leo Castledine
Keita operates as a number six which is an area Leeds don’t really need to strengthen, so they should focus on bringing in a creative number 10.
Chelsea’s teenage playmaker Leo Castledine should be considered as he’s been ripping it up in the Premier League 2.
The England youth international netted 10 times whilst laying on nine assists last term and is being linked with a move to Rangers.
