Arsenal have been fairly quiet on the transfer front so far this summer, although they could be making their first signing sooner rather than later.
According to reports, the Gunners are within touching distance of a breakthrough for Riccardo Calafiori after protracted talks.
Some more outgoings could also be on the cards at Arsenal, who have moved two players on so far, both on initial loan deals.
For instance, Hale End graduate Emile Smith Rowe is said to be a target for the likes of Fulham and Crystal Palace.
However, Smith Rowe is not the only Arsenal academy graduate whose future at N5 is uncertain.

Reiss Nelson ‘desperately trying to get away’ from Arsenal
Reiss Nelson has also been linked with a move away, with West Ham said to be among his suitors.
“Tim Steidten has had Nelson on the list for a long time,” James Benge recently told Inside Arsenal.
“And when (Julen) Lopetegui was at Wolves, there were conversations about him going there… so I think that one will happen.”
Now, talkSPORT journalist Alex Crook has gone on to claim that Nelson himself is eager to leave Arsenal this summer.
“Reiss Nelson is desperately trying to get away,” he said (talkSPORT, 20/7/24, 3:11pm). “I think West Ham are a potential destination for him.”
Nelson needs to be playing regularly
It’s a real shame when a club stands to lose a player who has come through the ranks, broken into the first team and absolutely loves the club.
Nelson is a very exciting talent, has proven himself at a high level, and certainly has what it takes to make an impact at Arsenal.
However, the £100,000-a-week ace is just not getting enough game time as things stand and, at 24 years of age, he needs to be playing regularly.
It doesn’t look as though Arsenal can offer him regular first-team football, so it’s understandable to hear that he’s reportedly desperate to go elsewhere.
