TBR Football can exclusively reveal that Manchester United sent scouts to watch Victor Osimhen in action for Galatasaray on Monday evening.
Osimhen did not disappoint as he netted a brace against Rizespor to move the Turkish giants six points clear of Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce.
The striker has now taken his tally for the season to 19 goals in 24 appearances and remains one of the hottest talents in European football.
TBR Football revealed last week that Napoli are pushing to finalise the departure of Osimhen this summer and there are several clubs still keen to sign him.

Manchester United and Chelsea remain keen to sign Victor Osimhen
Manchester United and Chelsea are among the clubs who are still showing an interest in Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, sources have told TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey.
There were more than half a dozen clubs present in Rize on Monday evening to watch the 26-year-old in action for Galatasaray.
United were one of those sides present at the match as they look to add a new striker to Ruben Amorim’s squad with Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund both underperforming this term.
TBR Football understands that Chelsea, who tried to sign Osimhen last summer, also retain an interest and are having the same issues as United but with Nicolas Jackson.
Osimhen signed a new contract with Napoli in December 2023 with a release clause of around £100 million but that will be around £65 million come this summer.
Victor Osimhen continues to prove why he’s still one of Europe’s best strikers
Osimhen’s form for Galatasaray this season is continuing to prove why he remains one of Europe’s best strikers.
Many questioned his move to the Turkish Super Lig, however, his form has seen him retain the interest of many major clubs and next summer he will very likely get his big move.
